If you paid us some amount as pre-payment to start testing or certification service and if you want to cancel the project, we are refunding %50 of what you paid if we started testing or certification services.

If we finished testing or certification services
If you paid us for testing or certification service and if you want to cancel the project for any reason, we are refunding %5 of what you paid us. In this case no test report or certificate will be issued.
